Whoever you are and wherever you find yourself on the journey of faith, there is a place for you here. Welcome!

Children's Chapel

Children’s Chapel occurs every Sunday at 9 am and 11:15 am for Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Children’s Chapel is a space for children to explore church community at their own level. We radically welcome, pray, explore themes of the people of God, and discuss what’s happening in the world.

During Chapel your child will be treated with respect and is always invited and not forced to participate.

After we finish our time together in Children’s Chapel in the learning center we move back into the church. Once we re-enter the church, children are invited to come up around the altar to see whats happening up close.

Children can come to the altar as they are -- wiggles are welcome.

Sunday School @ 10:15

During the 10:15 a.m. education hour, children in pre-school through fifth grade encounter the Bible, our Episcopal traditions and our story as a people of God. For children in pre-School to 3rd Grade, we use a curriculum called Godly Play, a Montessori-based program of Christian formation that is an interactive way for children to learn the stories of the Bible.

For students in fourth and fifth Grade we use the curriculum Feasting on the Word, which follows the lectionary and gives children the opportunity to examine their own faith journey. We have four classrooms separating children by grade.

Baptisms for children are celebrated at Sunday services three times a year and on the afternoon of the Children's Easter Vigil. Families should be active in the community life at All Saints and instruction is required for parents. If you are new to All Saints the first step to baptism is to visit All Saints and then contact Kelly Erin. Adults are baptized at the end of each New Member Class and at the Great Vigil.

Baptisms for 2019 will be January 6, 2019 (all services), April 20, 2019 at 4pm., June 9, 2019 (all services), and Mid-October 2019.

To inquire about baptism for children contact Kelly Erin O’Phelan at .

We welcome all children in worship.  We have a Creative Worship Space in the chapel where families with young children can sit together on a comfortable rug and play with toys designed for children as young as 6 months. We also offer childcare in Scott Hall for children 4 years and younger every Sunday morning.

We welcome children of all abilities.
